২(২০) । কমিশনার (আপিল)
বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-
(২০) “কমিশনার (আপিল)” অর্থ ধারা ৪ এ উল্লিখিত কর কমিশনার (আপিল);

2(19A). "Commissioner (Appeals)" means a person appointed to be a Commissioner of Taxes (Appeals) under section 3 and includes a person appointed to hold current charge of a Commissioner of Taxes (Appeal);
