২(৩৪)। গণকর্মচারী
বিষয় বা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থি কোনো কিছু না থাকিলে, এই আইনে,-
(৩৪) “গণকর্মচারী” অর্থ Penal Code, 1860 (Act No. XLV of 1860) এর section 21 এ সংজ্ঞায়িত অর্থে কোনো গণকর্মচারী;
